1. Brief Introduction
HV-10 Vickers Hardness Tester is a new and high-tech product
combining the optical, mechanical and electronic techniques. The
instrument is with a novel appearance, good reliability,
operational functions and direct viewing, and hence it is a new
type Vickers and Knoop hardness measuring instrument, which is
adopted precise mechanical, optical and electronic techniques.
The instrument is adopted such technology as computer making
programs with software and optical measuring system. Inputting by
soft keys, the hardness tester has such function as choosing
Vickers or Knoop hardness testing method, adjusting the intensity
of testing light source, selecting dwell time of test force. The
testing data such as the testing method,the synchronous shift of
test force value and Vickers scale, the hardness exchange can be
showed on its LCD screen, besides it can be inputted the length of
diagonal line of indentation by keys on operating board, and then
readout the hardness value from the screen directly so as to free
from checking the tables. Therefore the instrument is easy in usage
and high in measuring accuracy.
The instrument is suitable for to test Vickers hardness value of
the micro and thin pieces, the parts after surface treating with
permeating and coating, and it is also fit for to measure Knoop
hardness value for crisp and hard material such as glass, ceramics,
agate, man-made precious stone, therefore, it is an ideal hardness
measuring instrument for the scientific research institutes,
industrial enterprises and the metrological institutes using with
for studying and measuring.

4. Special Accessories

4.1 Knoop Indenter: After equipped with the Knoop indenter, the
instrument can measure some material with higher hardness value.

4.3 The 6.8 inch LCD screen can be supplied; the indentation tested
will be showed on the LCD screen and be measured as well.
4.4 The image collection device can be equipped on the instrument,
the indentation will be displayed clearly on the screen of
computer, and then measure it automatically.
4.5 The X-Y cross testing table, thin specimen testing table and
fine wire testing table and fork-shaped testing table can be
supplied.
